I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Middle East Technical University (Ankara) as an honor student. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in the Clinical Psychology program at Bahçeşehir University, Istanbul.

I completed my clinical internships at the Koç University Hospital Adult Psychiatry Department and also had the opportunity to observe various therapy techniques at Psychiatrist Dr. Çağla Bilgin Telatar’s therapy center.

During my undergraduate psychology education, I received practitioner training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoanalytic Therapy, Schema Therapy, and the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI).

Throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies in Psychology, I have focused extensively on Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I am currently in my second year of the 'Personality Theories, Personality Disorders, and Dynamic Psychotherapy' training (7th term) conducted by Dr. Görkem Gökçelioğlu. As part of this comprehensive psychodynamic training, I have been undergoing weekly psychodynamic supervisions for the past two years.

I provide psychodynamic-oriented counseling services to adults in both Turkish and English, primarily in-person and online when necessary. I follow a psychodynamic approach that aims to analyze the underlying meaning of symptoms and the essence of existence—treating the individual as a whole, encompassing their past and present, as well as their mind and body.

Furthermore, I have begun my training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and am currently progressing through the certification process. To date, I have completed the Level 1 and Level 2 training in the Gottman Method.

Between 2026 and 2028, my professional development will continue with training in Existential Analysis at the Existential Academy of Istanbul (in affiliation with the Federation for Existential Therapy in Europe). This process will be invaluable, both for the progress I will make in my own personal analysis and for the profound contributions it will offer to my clinical practice.

In my therapeutic approach, I aim to integrate a sensitive perspective that responds to the individual's unique needs with both psychoanalytic and psychodynamic frameworks.
